After receiving your order, you have 30 days to test (wear, wash, dry and repeat) your order. If you aren’t satisfied or happy, you can return your item(s) as described above.

Open just one package first

Even though we allow you to try our products out for 30 days, you’ll be doing us a big favour if you don’t open all the packages from your order straight away. Our tops, boxer shorts, knickers and socks are hygiene products. Once they have been opened, we can no longer (re)sell them. Therefore, please first try out the product that you think is most likely to fit and sit well against your body.

To be sure we know who the returned items are from, please include your full name and order number with your return. You can write this information on the box or add it to the package via a note.

The costs for return postage are at your own expense (also from abroad). We advise you keep the tracking confirmation of your shipment until your return has been processed. In the event of an exchange, we will send the replacement items to you free of charge.

Please note! The costs for return postage are at your own expense. If you would like to exchange items, we will send you your new order free of charge.

If you have chosen to exchange your products via our return form, we will send you the new products immediately after receiving your return.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within five working days.

If you have opted for an exchange, then the new order will be sent your way as soon as we have received your return.

If you have chosen to have your money back, we will refund the full purchase price (including any initial shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, and you should receive it in your account within 14 working days. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have shown that you have sent them. The costs for return postage are at your own expense.

Shipping with Track & Trace is not mandatory, but it is preferred. In the unlikely event that the return fails to arrive at Noshirt, you can prove with the tracking code that you have sent your package.

If you can prove that you sent your return, we will still provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of shipment of your return. So please keep your shipping confirmation safe until you receive an email from us confirming that we have received your return in good condition.

At Noshirt, we strive to minimise our impact on the environment and strive to reduce waste and pollution. And so we have come up with our own way to do this.

  1. Base layer tops that have only been tried on and which have broken packaging are sold annually in our Sample Sale at a reduced rate.
  2. If a base layer can no longer be sold, we give it a second life through our creative recycling programme in which we turn those base layers into new, unique Nowaste products. Ingenious, right! So don’t worry: your returned base layer will become something new and valuable.
  3. And if we can’t use a base layer top for any of the above, we donate it to charity, such as the Salvation Army, or it goes to fabric recycling. That way, our products never end up as trash; we’ll always make sure it gives someone out there some joy.

To avoid any confusion or abuse, we only reimburse payment to the original payment method used when the order was placed. There are no reimbursement costs involved for the customer.
