Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange or return Noshirts, Boxer Shorts and/or Nosocks?
Of course. You can try our tops, shorts and socks for up to 30 days before you decide to keep them. If you’re not entirely satisfied, then you still have 14 days after the 30-day trial period to exchange or return your items.
First open one package
Although we allow you 30 days to test our products, you’ll be doing us a big favour by not opening all the packages in your order straight away. Our tops, boxer shorts and socks are hygiene products. Once they have been opened, we can no longer sell them. Therefore, please only try one product first.
How does it work?
Wear, wash and dry your items as often as you like to test them out. If you want to return or exchange anything, please be sure to do that within 14 days after the 30-day trial.
Exchanges or returns
You can exchange or return (part of) your order. If you have any doubts or questions, for example about the size or fit, then feel free to contact us. We’re more than happy to help you.
Whether you’re exchanging or returning an item, you can use the return form for both. The costs for return postage are at your own expense. In the event of an exchange, we will send you the replacement products free of charge.

For your safety we recommend that you ship all return items via registered post with a tracking number.
If you’ve opted to exchange your products, we will ship your new order straight away. If you’re returning a product, we will refund the original payment method used when the order was placed within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will include the cost of the item(s) returned and any initial shipping costs.
What happens if my returns don’t arrive?
In the event that your return shipment fails to arrive at Noshirt, we will ask you for proof of postage. This will enable us to refund your purchase or ship your new order within 14 days after your return was posted.
Are there any conditions to reimbursement?
To avoid any confusion or misuse, we only reimburse payment to the original payment method used when the order was placed, with mediation from our Payment Service Provider. There are no reimbursement costs attached for the consumer.
