That may sound pompous, but it is actually quite self-evident: we like to treat people and the earth as we would like to be treated ourselves. So with respect. That is why corporate social responsibility (CSR) is high on our agenda. We like to make the difference. You see that. You feel that. And you read that "here".
HIGH-QUALITY SUPIMA COTTON
Some of our products are made of supima cotton. Supima cotton is quality cotton that is grown as sustainably as possible in the US.
DURABLE TENCEL
Noshirt Nature and Noshirt Performance are made entirely from the sustainable wood fiber Tencel.
HERGESTELLT IN TUNESIEN
Our products come from Tunisia. Perhaps not the most obvious choice, but a logical one for us. Why? In our blog we explain how innovative and sustainable our studio works.
CERTIFICATES? CHECK!
By working with a certified production partner, we know for sure that our shirts, shorts and socks are made in a fair, safe and as clean as possible way. That means: no children's hands on your shirt, no forced labour, fair working hours in the studios and fair wages.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
Noshirt offers hygiene products that must be packed separately. There's not much we can do about that. What we can do is pack each item sustainably. In paper or cardboard, without plastic. And what you can do is review one product first, before opening the other shirts or shorts from your order. This is how we prevent waste together.
NOSHIRT = NO WASTE
Of course we sometimes get shirts returned. Or the seamstresses in our studio drop a stitch, so that a shirt or the shorts can no longer be sold. Then we don't throw that item of clothing away. We make laundry bags out of it. Or shoe bags, or cleaning cloths. Recycling at its most creative. We love that.
SLOW FASHION
The timeless design and high quality ensure that Noshirt lasts for a long time. This keeps us far from the world of polluting fast fashion. We go for slow fashion.
